Dacromet is a high performance coating that is often applied to protect and reduce risk of embrittlement. The handle arm for the winch is also made of steel and makes the winch easier to operate. The handle itself is a high performance rubber. The weight this winch can take up to is 2500lbs (1130kgs) and is a two way winch. This means the handle goes both way to do up and undo the strap (not included) when its attached to the winch. The 2500lb winch is also a two speed winch meaning it can go at a faster or normal speed.
